Hotel Apartamento Solverde - Espinho (Aveiro)

Positive, I stayed for 7 nights in a Studio and it was spacious with wonderful decor. The apartment was equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for our breakfast needs. Our small balcony offered great views of both the street and the beach. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away 🌊

Excellent friendly staff, everything was very good. We stayed in a twin room complete with a great view, a good breakfast, for example. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival.

Just spent a week at Apartamento Solverde. Loved the spacious apartment with a killer ocean view! The beach is right there, and it's super easy to catch the train to Porto. Just a heads up-watch the taxi rates. Our ride to the airport felt a bit steep.

The question "what did you like" can only be answered by the location. Although we can also note the size of the room - we had some kind of elevated category, and it was really huge, about 100 meters, probably. That's the end of the story. The old dilapidated hotel, which smells like a Soviet sanatorium of the 80s - sometimes commonplace, sometimes means of cleaning, sometimes dust. Frankly speaking, the first wish was to cancel the reservation and go to Porto, where, in fact, we were going. But it was already evening, and I wanted to drink coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean (in fact, where the idea to stay here was born). The beds are uncomfortable, dilapidated. In the bathroom, there was a block of someone's hair on the shower. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

The beds are uncomfortable, the cabinets are old, the kitchen has not been tried, but it also did not cause a desire to be on it, although there was a very stylish fridge. The room, as well as the whole hotel, as if screaming about the past glory of the old years.

staff was helpful, room was very clean, excellent location. it was right by espinho city center. bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away.

The apartment was spacious, but the cot for the child seemed unreliable.

The view of the ocean from the window is very unusual for us "land"! The room is spacious, in front of the bathroom with a bath another small room with a washbasin. The beds are comfortable, flat. Necessary minimum for cooking in the kitchen and for living there.

Furniture is strange to this time... The kitchen is as uncomfortable as the dorm. But it's all trifles compared to the night disco in front of the hotel windows! We had such a bad weekend! The disco was until 4:00 a.m., with the windows closed, the noise was like in the epicenter of a drum kit! The tracks are incendiary, of course, but we had to go on the road in the morning... We didn't get much sleep.

Wonderful hotel on the Atlantic coast. It is two steps to the beach, actually the hotel is located on the beach. From the room there is a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset. There is a kitchen, stove, various dishes - you can cook your own food. The surroundings are full of cafes - and on the promenade overlooking the sea, and in the city. We liked to have lunch at Restaurante15 best, at the beginning of 15th street - 7.50 for a complex lunch including wine, and very tasty. Transport accessibility is excellent - three minutes from the hotel there is an underground railway station and trains run all along the coast, anywhere from Porto to Lisbon. North of the hotel, where the promenade ends, there are sand dunes with comfortable paths, you can walk along the ocean. There's a municipal outdoor pool next to the hotel, but we didn't go there.

Ocean water is cold

I enjoyed a good time at the apartment. The kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast while my partner relaxed on the balcony with a view of the street and beach. Access to the beach was just a short walk away, which I loved. The staff were attentive. I appreciated the nearby dining options, especially the bar with great breakfast.

The hotel was ideally situated 5 minutes from Espinho station with a frequent, cheap train service to the centre of Porto.

Finding the hotel was difficult as Espinho is a maze of one way streets. Don't arrive on Monday as this is market day and Espinho was packed!

We loved the amazing sea view and the convenience of having a kitchen, easy to prepare meals for our kid. There's even a surf school right outside, and we enjoyed biking along the beach.

My wife says that better options for kids' snacks would be great.

Beds were incredibly uncomforatble.

Good beach access and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean.
